We are a team, and aim to work with those who share our values, coming together in true partnership for the best possible results – and an enjoyable journey to get there. Simply put, we wish to deliver the best construction experience for everyone involved.

Our origins
DRG was established by the Gregory family in 2011, and whilst the company has rapidly grown, our family ethos remains.
Our experienced team – combined with the number and diversity of projects we have undertaken nationally – gives us an inherent understanding of how to balance design, deadline, budget, and business needs, on projects of any size and scale.
Our management processes are transparent, detailed, and meticulous, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with you, we tailor packages to suit your requirements, to deliver the best results for your business.
Our Mission
We don’t just develop buildings. We care about our people and their growth. They are the foundation of DRG. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, quality workmanship, integrity and the desire to continuously improve.
Mental Health
Nurturing the mental health of our team is something very close to our hearts. We understand the challenges of everyday life can sometimes weigh heavily on us all, so we support the Lighthouse Club, a construction industry charity whose campaign ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ raises awareness of mental health, meaning everyone in the company – including freelancers and subcontractors – have access to the support and resources they need.

Boardrooms, bathrooms, conference facilities, reception areas – we provide rapid turnkey solutions, minimising disruption and downtime.
Building & construction
We harness the latest technology and utilise our established supply chains to deliver projects to the highest specification, time after time.
Construction with a conscience
We’re proud to breathe new life into old. We refurbish redundant office buildings to create new living spaces, making use of the structure already in place. Recyclable materials are carefully separated to manage and limit the amount of waste going into landfill and, where possible, we reuse and repurpose old furniture in our own site offices.
We are continually finding new ways to measure and reduce the impact we have on our beautiful planet. For every completed project, we give something back to the environment by donating to Ecologi, who plant trees on our behalf.
Ecologi is dedicated to tackling the climate crisis, funding numerous projects here in the UK and around the world, each with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Every tree planted offsets an estimated 0.3 tonnes of CO2 over a 25-year growth life, helping us offset our carbon footprint.
