The DRG solution

Waterside Court, previously an office building, is undergoing a transformation into 68 luxurious apartments. The strip-out phase has commenced with upgrading to the façade by replacing SFS frame with blockwork walls. This three-storey building will be reconfigured to offer a variety of one and two-bedroom flats.

Inside, following the strip-out and structural modifications, partition walls and new doors will be installed to delineate individual apartments. Each unit will be completed to turnkey standards, showcasing high-specification kitchens and bathrooms, complemented by performance flooring throughout. This redevelopment promises modern living spaces with premium finishes, enhancing the overall appeal of Waterside Court.
