The DRG solution

Externally, the project involves the installation of curtain wall panels, along with the replacement of windowpanes with non-combustible ceramic spandrel panels. The existing roof is being overlaid to enhance its performance and durability.

Internally, after completing the strip-out and necessary structural block and beam work, partition walls and new doors are being installed throughout the building to create the individual apartments. Each apartment will be finished to a turnkey standard, featuring high-specification kitchens, modern bathrooms, and performance flooring.

Additionally, the existing lift shafts are being converted into automatic opening vent (AOV) shafts, and firefighting lifts are being installed to meet enhanced safety requirements.
