The Shaviram Group transforms both residential and commercial properties into state-of-the-art, high-quality homes, and pride themselves on building exceptional places for people to live and enjoy.
The client has permission to develop this office block in the heart of Milton Keynes with a view to providing a two-storey roof extension on top of the existing three storeys to accommodate 154 apartments.
DRG was commissioned as main contractor and initiated the strip-out works in September, marking the start of the work to create living spaces.

The DRG solution
Externally, a two-story extension will be erected with new roofs and façade cladding is to be removed and replaced with safety-compliant modern cladding. All windows are to be replaced with new glazing.
Internally, following strip-out and structural work, partition walls and new doors are to be installed throughout to create the individual apartments. Each apartment is to be completed to turnkey standard, with high-specification kitchens and bathrooms and performance flooring throughout.
