The DRG solution

Formerly an office building, Royal Sovereign House was to be redeveloped into 45 luxury apartments.

A double-height atrium required demolition, with new walls constructed into the existing roof void. New windows were added throughout, and the roof and façade required improvement work, with plant wells infilled. All new above-ground drainage required linking to existing outfalls. The existing undercroft parking was made good, with new bicycle racks added.

Internally, following strip-out and structural work, partition walls and new doors were installed throughout to create the individual apartments. Each apartment was completed to turnkey standard, with high-specification kitchens and bathrooms and performance flooring throughout.
