The DRG solution
Formerly an office building, Prince Regent House was redeveloped into 27 luxury apartments.
New windows were added throughout, and the roof and façade required improvement work, with plant wells infilled. All new above-ground drainage required linking to existing outfalls. The existing car park was made good, with new bicycle racks added.
Internally, following strip-out and structural work, partition walls and new doors were installed throughout to create the individual apartments. Each apartment was completed to turnkey standard, with high-specification kitchens and bathrooms and performance flooring throughout.
