The Shaviram Group transforms both residential and commercial properties into state-of-the-art, high-quality homes, and pride themselves on building exceptional places for people to live and enjoy.
Following the successful redevelopment of the North Star House into 286 apartments, Shaviram Group is expanding the project to utilise the central core of the building. The goal is to create 12 extra apartments while maintaining the high standards set in the initial phase.

The DRG solution
The strip-out and structural work phase commenced in May 2024. This phase includes the installation of structural frames to support the new layout. Partition walls and new doors are being installed throughout to create 12 individual apartments spread over three new floors. Each unit will be completed to a turnkey standard, featuring high-specification kitchens and bathrooms, as well as performance flooring throughout.
