The Shaviram Group transforms both residential and commercial properties into state-of-the-art, high-quality homes, and pride themselves on building exceptional places for people to live and enjoy.
The client took on a large existing office building in the heart of Hayes, with a view to repurposing the structure into 113 residential apartments. DRG was commissioned as main contractor and work started in August 2022.

The DRG solution
Externally, the roofs were repaired, and the façade cladding was removed and replaced with modern, safety-compliant materials. All windows were replaced with new glazing.
Internally, after the strip-out and structural works, partition walls and new doors were installed throughout to form the individual apartments. Each apartment has been completed to a turnkey standard, featuring high-specification kitchens, modern bathrooms, and performance flooring throughout.

The result
Completed in July 2024, Cavenham Court now offers a range of residential apartments, with high-quality appliances and fine detailing. In line with our carbon offsetting partnership with Ecologi, the project led to the planting of 113 trees.
