The client identified a gap in the market for modern apartments in Whetstone, London. After identifying and securing the perfect building in the optimal location, the client needed a turnkey contractor to complete a full strip-out, reconfiguration and refurbishment. Euro House and Brook Point are located right on Whetstone high street, just a short walk from many local amenities, transport connections and green spaces.

The DRG solution

Having worked closely with the client on previous commercial residential projects, DRG was delighted to support the Shaviram Group in their new venture. The project kicked off with a full strip-out before the fit-out stage began, with the installation of internal partitioning and doors, creating 68 one, two and three bedroom apartments, including a penthouse floor with external balcony areas. All apartments were individually finished, and featured spacious, open plan living spaces and modern appliances, with carefully chosen fixtures.
